Ingredients
- 8 corn cobs (cleaned)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- Pepper
- 16 toothpicks
Instructions

Cook the corn cobs in plenty of water with salt and butter until tender (about 40-60 minutes).

Season the well-drained, warm corn cobs with pepper and place them on the grill. Grill for about 3-5 minutes per side.

Just before serving, add a small piece of herb butter to each corn cob, let it melt slightly, and serve on plates with two toothpicks at the ends as handles.
