Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- a pinch cayenne pepper
- 4 tomatoes
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs. Wash the thyme, shake off excess water, and finely chop the leaves. Wash the rosemary sprigs and shake off excess water.

Whisk together honey, lemon juice, salt, paprika, 4 tbsp olive oil, cayenne pepper, and thyme; brush this mixture all over the thighs. Grill the thighs on a hot grill with the lid closed, turning occasionally for about 20 minutes.

Wash the tomatoes, drizzle with remaining oil, season with salt, and place them on the grill for about 10 minutes. Serve the grilled chicken thighs with the tomatoes.
