Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg whole roasted chicken (1 chicken)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 8 shallots
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 600 g small potatoes
  • 1 bunch rosemary

Instructions

    Wash the chicken, pat dry and season inside with salt and pepper. Skewer it. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and curry, then brush over the chicken.

    Peel the shallots and cut the garlic in half crosswise. Peel and wash the potatoes, then slice them into wedges.

    Place everything—rosemary sprigs, salt, and pepper—in a grill pan or on a baking sheet. Roast the chicken in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for about an hour, stirring the vegetables several times. Just before finishing, switch the oven to grill mode and crisp the grilled chicken for 5 minutes.
