Ingredients
- 500 g small squid tubes (ready to cook)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 8 orange slices (for garnish)

Rinse the squid inside and out with cold water, then pat dry. Place in a bowl with 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp lemon juice and marinate for 20 minutes. Grill both sides over high heat for 4–5 minutes each, then season with salt and pepper.

Whisk together the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley, drizzle over the squid arranged on plates, and serve garnished with orange slices.
