A green salad with tomatoes and a mustard‑honey vinaigrette is easy to prepare and tastes great as lunch.

Ingredients

  • 350 g mixed leafy greens (e.g., radicchio, frisée, lamb’s lettuce)
  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp coarse mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 50 g olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash, dry, and tear the salad into bite‑sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, and distribute the salad and tomatoes among four bowls.

    Whisk together balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, 2–3 tbsp water, mustard, honey, and olive oil for the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Drizzle the dressing over the salads and serve immediately.
