Gratinated Broccoli with Curry Dip: wonderfully creamy and heavenly delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 Broccoli
  • Salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • Pepper
  • 3 squeezes lemon juice
  • 200 g feta
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts

Instructions

    Wash the broccoli, trim it and cut off the stem. Cook the broccoli whole in slightly boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes. Then remove and drain.

    Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with yogurt, curry powder, paprika powder and cinnamon, and season with pepper and lemon juice.

    Cut the broccoli into approximately 1 cm wide slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Crumble feta over it, sprinkle with pine nuts and season with pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the broccoli.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 225 °C (conventional oven 200 °C; gas: mark 3) for about 10 minutes. Serve the gratinated broccoli with curry dip.
