The Grapefruit Lychee Pomegranate Salad from Spoonsparrow is perfect as a quick and healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 300 g lychee
  • 2 Grapefruits
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 45 g honey (3 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp ground pepper

Instructions

    Peel and pit the lychees. Fillet the grapefruits: cut away the skin with a knife so that the white rind is completely removed, then slice the fruit segments in a wedge shape while catching the juice; squeeze out any remaining pulp and collect its juice as well.

    Halve the pomegranate and release the seeds from the fruit. Mix the lychees, grapefruit fillets, and pomegranate seeds with honey, fill small bowls, and sprinkle some pepper on top.
