- 320 g sesame bagels (4 sesame bagels)
- 4 salad leaves (e.g., Lollo Rosso)
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 150 g light gouda (8 thin slices)
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 1 red chili pepper

Wash, trim, deseed the bell pepper, remove the white membrane and cut into small strips. Wash the chili pepper, pat dry and slice into fine rings.

Cut the sesame bagel in half and spread cream cheese on the cut side. Halve the gouda slices and place two folded halves on the cream cheese, then layer a salad leaf, bell pepper strips, and chili rings between them.
