Ingredients

  • 100 g chives
  • 40 g parsley
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 500 g firm goat cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (min. 30% fat)
  • Sesame crackers (optional)

Instructions

    Wash the chives and parsley. Pull the leaves off the stems of the parsley and finely chop them. Slice the chives into fine ribbons. Peel the garlic cloves, press them through a press, and mix with the goat cream cheese and heavy cream.

    Moisten a parchment paper sheet about 15x25 cm with cold water. Spread the cream cheese onto it, sprinkle one third of the herbs over it, and carefully roll it up. Place the roll on another clean parchment sheet using wet hands and top with the remaining herbs. Serve with sesame crackers.
