Ingredients
- 250 g goat feta
- 250 g goat cream cheese taler
- 1 red mild peppercorn (peperoni)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 0.5 untreated lemon
- 4 rosemary sprigs
- 200 ml olive oil
- coarse salt
- 1 tsp dried chili flakes

Rinse the canning jars with boiling water and let them dry upside down on a kitchen towel.

Slice the feta into about 0.5 cm thick slices and layer with the cream cheese taler in the jars. Cut the peppercorn lengthwise into thin rings. Peel the garlic and slice thinly. Wash the lemon hot, dry it and cut into thin slices. Remove the needles from the rosemary. Add the peppercorn, garlic, lemon slices and rosemary to the jars. Fill the jars with oil to the brim. Sprinkle a little salt and chili flakes on top and seal the jars well.

Let the jars sit in a cool dark place for about 1 week to infuse.
