Ingredients
- 300 g Filo dough (Greek/Turkish shop)
- 100 ml warm milk
- 50 g liquid butter
- 250 g goat cream cheese
- black pepper
- butter (for the pan)
Instructions

Whisk the milk with the butter.

Grease a 22 cm round ovenproof dish and lay half of the filo sheets, brushing each sheet with the milk‑butter mixture.

Crumble the goat cheese, spread it over the sheets, sprinkle with pepper. Cover loosely with the remaining filo layers and brush thickly with milk‑butter.

Slide the goat cheese cake into a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for about 30 minutes until golden yellow.
