Ingredients

  • 800 g fresh gnocchi (from the refrigerated section)
  • Salt
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 60 g Roquefort

Instructions

    Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions in plenty of salted water. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely dice the shallots and garlic.

    Heat the butter in a pan and brown the mushrooms, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, then add the shallots and garlic.

    When the shallots are translucent, deglaze the pan with cream and crumble in the cheese. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper. Toss in the drained gnocchi and serve.
