Ingredients
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 piece fresh ginger (about 3 cm)
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 400 g ground beef
- Salt
- 1 tsp Sambal oelek
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce (≈60 ml)
- 200 g glass noodles
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 large red chilies
- 1 tsp coconut palm sugar
- Salt
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil (≈40 g)

Combine noodles, dressing, spring onions, tomatoes, coriander, and meatballs in a bowl. Season with salt and cover for at least an hour, preferably longer, to meld flavors.
