Ingredients
- 700 g pork roast (boneless, skinless)
- 1 large vegetable onion
- 1 dried chili pepper
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- ground black pepper
- 0.5 tsp ground coriander
- 0.5 tsp ground turmeric
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 0.5 tsp ground cloves
- 400 g peeled tomatoes (1 small can)
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 small fresh red chili pepper

Wash and pat dry the pork, then cut into large cubes. Peel and roughly cube the onion. Chop the dried chili pepper. Brown the pork in hot oil all around, season with salt and pepper, then add onion, ginger, and chili; sauté for about 3 minutes. Stir in coriander, turmeric, cumin, cloves, tomatoes with juice, and yogurt, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
