Ingredients

  • 1 EL Crushed Ice
  • 50 ml Gin
  • 40 ml lemon juice
  • 0.5 TL lemon zest
  • 40 ml milk
  • 40 ml Heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
  • 1 TL sugar
  • 1 Egg white
  • Soda Water

    Shake the ice with all ingredients except soda water in a shaker. Strain through a bar strainer into a glass, top with soda water and stir gently. Serve garnished with lemon verbena.
