- 10 eggs
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (glass)
- 1 tbsp cream mustard (glass)
- 6 tbsp crème fraîche
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Tabasco

Instructions

Cook the eggs to soft-boil by placing them in cold water, bringing to a boil, removing from heat, covering for 20 minutes, then cooling, peeling, halving, removing yolks and trimming the bottom of each half straight.

Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, cream mustard, and crème fraîche; season with salt, pepper, and a few drops of Tabasco. Spoon the mixture into the egg halves using a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
