Ingredients
- 800 g large shrimp (deveined and peeled except for the tail segment)
- 3 Garlic cloves
- chili powder
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 stems cilantro
- Salt

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Peel the garlic and slice into thin rounds. Mix with chili powder, olive oil, and lemon juice, then combine with the shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Meanwhile wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds, and do not dice. Wash the cilantro, shake off excess water, and finely chop.

Remove the shrimp from the marination and fry in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Stir in the remaining marinade, cilantro, and tomatoes, season with salt, and serve.
