Ingredients

  • 250 g garlic cloves
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 0.5 l olive oil

Instructions

    Peel and wash the garlic cloves thoroughly, then blanch them in plenty of boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Remove, drain well, and let cool. Place the cooled cloves with the thyme in a sterile container.

    Cover with olive oil, seal tightly, and let steep for at least 2 weeks in a dark, cool place.
