In winter warm and in summer chilled: Try the delicious fruit tea from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Hibiscus flowers
  • 100 g Kandiszucker
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • lemons

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Steep the hibiscus flowers with 1.5 l boiling water, add the extracted vanilla pulp and the vanilla bean, and let it steep covered for 20 minutes.

    Then strain through a fine sieve, add lemon juice and sweeten with Kandiszucker. Serve fruit tea hot or chilled.
