Ingredients
- 800 g mixed fruits (seasonal: apples, oranges, grapefruit, green and blue grapes etc.)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 40 ml raspberry liqueur
- 80 g coarsely chopped mixed nuts

Wash, trim, optionally peel the fruit and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix in a bowl, sprinkle with powdered sugar, then pour over lemon juice and raspberry liqueur.

Combine all together, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, then serve sprinkled with nuts.
