Ingredients

  • 800 g mixed fruits (seasonal: apples, oranges, grapefruit, green and blue grapes etc.)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 40 ml raspberry liqueur
  • 80 g coarsely chopped mixed nuts

Instructions

    Wash, trim, optionally peel the fruit and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix in a bowl, sprinkle with powdered sugar, then pour over lemon juice and raspberry liqueur.

    Combine all together, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, then serve sprinkled with nuts.
