Fruit platter from Spoonsparrow is perfect for all occasions

Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 0.5 lemon

Instructions

    Wash strawberries, remove green parts and slice into rounds. Peel grapefruit and cut flesh into segments. Peel pineapple and cut crosswise into halves. Place the upper half with leaves for decoration on a plate. Divide the other half, remove the core, and slice.

    Wash apples, remove cores and cut into wedges. Peel banana and slice. Squeeze juice of half a lemon and drizzle over apples and bananas. Arrange the sliced fruit decoratively on the platter.
