Need a cool down? Especially on warm summer evenings this fruity cocktail from Spoonsparrow is just right.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Bols Triple Sec Curacao
- 20 ml lime juice
- 20 ml grenadine
- 40 ml passion fruit nectar
- 20 ml orange juice
- 10 ml lemon juice
- Champagne to top off (preferably dry)
- Ice cubes
- Cocktail cherry
- Starfruit slices
Instructions

Add ice cubes to a shaker and pour in all ingredients except the champagne.

Shake vigorously for several minutes, then strain into a long drink glass filled with ice.

Top with chilled champagne and serve the fruity cocktail garnished with cherries and starfruit slices as desired.
