- 200 g Flour
- 60 g starch
- 2 Eggs
- cold water
- oil (for frying)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- ketchup (for serving)

Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.

Dust with flour. Whisk together flour, starch, water, and egg until a thick batter forms; let rest for 20 minutes.
