Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

Instructions

    Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly, shake off excess water and trim the woody ends.

  2. 2.

    In a skillet, sauté the hazelnuts with the oil, add the sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes while turning frequently.

    Season with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice and fennel seeds.
