Fitness Shake

Try the delicious fitness shake from Spoonsparrow or one of our other healthy recipes!

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 200 ml whey
  • 50 g blackcurrants
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 50 g strawberries
  • 50 g Blueberries

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash, clean and put the fruits in a blender; pour in the whey. Blend on high speed until smooth.

  2. 2.

    Stir everything into the buttermilk and pour into glasses. Optionally fold in some granola or candied nuts and serve well chilled.
