Fish Stick Zucchini Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 pack of fish sticks (300 g)
- 1 long zucchini (250 g, sliced into ~1 cm thick rounds)
- 3 small tomatoes
- clarified butter
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 8 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs (finely chopped e.g. parsley, chives, watercress)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Cut fish sticks crosswise in half, skewer alternately with zucchini slices on wooden skewers and fry the skewers in hot clarified butter for about 5–7 minutes.

Quarter tomatoes and thread a quarter onto each skewer.

Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper to make a sauce.
