Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 25 g ginger
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch garam masala
- 150 g plain yogurt

Peel and chop the garlic. Peel the ginger and grate finely on a kitchen grater. Mix garlic, ginger, and all other ingredients to make the marinade.

Brush fish fillets with the mixture and cover in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to marinate.
