Fish-Cucumber Ragout

- 800 g potatoes
- Salt
- 750 g cod fillet
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cucumber
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- ground pepper
- 1 bunch dill

Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into small pieces. Boil in salted water for 20-25 minutes. Rinse cod fillet, pat dry, and cut into portions. Drizzle with lemon juice. Wash cucumber and slice. Peel onions and dice. Heat butter. Sauté onions until translucent. Add cucumber slices and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in crème fraîche and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Rinse dill, shake dry, and finely chop. Mix into sauce. Boil cod fillet in salted water for about 6 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain. Add to cucumber mixture and let sit in sauce for 2-3 minutes. Taste again. Drain potatoes and serve together with the fish-cucumber ragout.
