Ingredients
- 400 g pineapple flesh
- 100 g celery stalks (2 sticks)
- 80 g field salad
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 0.5 box watercress

Cut the pineapple flesh into pieces. Wash, trim, and cut the celery into pieces as well. Rinse the field salad and dry it in a spin dryer. Wash the rosemary, shake it dry, and pluck off the needles. Cut the watercress from the bed and rinse it in a sieve.

Blend the pineapple, celery, field salad, rosemary needles, and watercress finely in a blender. Depending on desired consistency, mix with 250 ml cold water. Divide into four glasses and enjoy immediately.
