Ingredients

  • 400 g feta
  • 2 dried peperoncini
  • 3 cloves of spice clove
  • 0.5 tsp Peppercorns
  • 4 fresh garlic cloves
  • 2 lovage leaves
  • 2 oregano stems
  • 2 thyme stems
  • 200 ml olive oil

Instructions

    Cut the feta into cubes and place in a bowl. Add the dried peperoncini, spice cloves, and peppercorns. Peel and lightly crush the garlic cloves. Rinse the herbs, pat dry, and trim the stems slightly smaller. Mix all ingredients together loosely and transfer to a prepared jar. Pour olive oil over so everything is well covered.

    Seal tightly in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving, preferably overnight.
