Ingredients
- 500 g beans
- 300 g potatoes
- Salt
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chili pepper (sliced into thin rings)

Peel, wash and cube the potatoes. Peel the beans and add them with the potatoes to a pot. Cover with water and simmer for about 20 minutes. Drain the existing water and cover the contents with fresh water, lightly salt, and cook for another 30 minutes.

Drain any remaining water and pass the potato-bean mixture through a fine sieve back into the pot. Gradually stir in olive oil until the puree reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and garnish with chili rings as desired before serving. Pair with freshly cooked vegetables.
