- 500 g gnocchi
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 250 g heavy cream
- 20 g sorrel
- 20 g chervil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Pepper

Peel and finely chop the onion; sauté in butter until translucent. Pour in the cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Wash, dry, and roughly chop the herbs; add to the sauce and blend with an immersion blender. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Cook gnocchi according to package instructions in plenty of salted water, drain, arrange on plates, and pour the sauce over them.
