With or without alcohol, the exotic fruit cocktail from Spoonsparrow refreshes time and again.

Ingredients

  • 2 mangos
  • 1 apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 0.5 Pineapple
  • apple juice (150 ml each)
  • orange juice (150 ml each)
  • 40 ml white rum (optional)

Instructions

    Peel the fruits. Cut mango flesh from the pit and core the apple; remove the hard stem from the pineapple. Chop the fruits into pieces, lay them flat and freeze for about 30 minutes.

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for approximately 3 minutes. (Add rum if desired). Pour into glasses and serve.
