Ingredients

  • 0.5 Pineapple
  • 1 Mango
  • 0.5 honeydew melon
  • 100 g fresh lychee
  • 1 lime (juice and grated zest)
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 150 g coconut milk (canned)

Instructions

    Peel the pineapple thoroughly, quarter it, remove the core and cut into small pieces.

    Peel the mango and slice the flesh into strips around the pit.

  3. 3.

    Peel the melon, deseed it and dice it into small cubes.

  4. 4.

    Peel the lychees.

  5. 5.

    Combine all fruits in a bowl.

    Whisk lime juice and zest with 2 tbsp honey and drizzle over the fruit.

    Stir yogurt with coconut milk and remaining honey and refrigerate with the fruit until serving.
