Ingredients

  • 12 Emperor lobsters
  • olive oil
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • chili flakes

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to grill mode.

    Remove the shell of each emperor lobster up to the head and gut it. Rinse and pat dry. Insert toothpicks through the body to the head on both sides to keep the meat in shape while cooking, then place side by side on an oiled baking sheet.

    Mix butter with lemon zest, dill, and breadcrumbs, seasoning with salt and chili. Spread this mixture over each lobster and grill for 2-3 minutes until browned.

    Remove toothpicks and serve.
