Eggs with Dill Shrimp

Eggs with dill shrimp are always delicious.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 200 g North Sea shrimp
  • 5 g Dill (0.25 bunch)
  • 20 g mayonnaise (1 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Pinch the eggs and boil them in water for 9–10 minutes until hard-boiled. Remove and let cool slightly.

    While the eggs are cooking, rinse the shrimp under cold water, drain well, and pat dry.

    Wash the dill, shake off excess moisture, trim the tips, and finely chop. Mix with shrimp, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.

    Peel the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise, season with salt and pepper. Spoon 1 tbsp of the shrimp mixture onto each egg half.
