Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 600 g new potatoes
  • 2 bunches mixed herbs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt (pepper)

Instructions

    Wash potatoes and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes. Cook eggs to soft‑boiled.

    Wash herbs, finely chop and mix with sour cream, sour cream, salt and pepper. Peel garlic and squeeze into the mixture.

    Drain potatoes, let them steam off, and serve with poached and peeled eggs and herb sauce.
