- 250 g Ebly
- Salt
- 600 g Broccoli
- 300 g smoked salmon (sliced)
- butter (for greasing the dish)
- 6 tbsp sour cream
- pepper (ground fresh)
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 140 g freshly grated Parmesan
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) with fan and top heating.

Cook the Ebly according to package instructions in boiling salted water.

Meanwhile, wash, trim, and blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain, shock in cold water, and drain well. Slice the salmon into thin strips.

Drain the Ebly, let it dry, then mix with the salmon and broccoli. Transfer to a greased baking dish, drizzle with sour cream, season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake for about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and serve immediately.
