Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 100 ml lukewarm milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 onion
  • 125 g mushrooms
  • 250 g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Salt
  • black pepper (ground)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Sift the flour into a bowl, press a well in the center. Dissolve the yeast in the milk, pour it into the well, sprinkle some flour over the edges and cover for about 15 minutes to rise. Knead in the eggs, sugar and oil, then let rest covered for another 30 minutes.

  2. 2.

Peel the onion and garlic. Heat butter and oil, sauté both, add the ground beef and brown until crumbly. Clean, chop the mushrooms and mix them in. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut circles of 10 cm diameter. Knead any leftover scraps and cut more circles.

  4. 4.

Place a spoonful of filling in each circle, fold into a half-moon shape and press the edges together firmly with a fork. Place on a greased baking sheet, brush with beaten egg yolk, and let rise again for 20 minutes. Bake at 200 °C fan-forced for about 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
