Ingredients

  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 bunch mixed wild herbs (e.g., chickweed, nettle, goldenrod)
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice)
  • 500 ml apple juice
  • violet flower (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, deseed and dice into small cubes. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck the leaves and finely chop.

    Blend the cucumber, lemon juice and apple juice until smooth in a blender. Taste, pour into glasses and serve. Garnish with violet flowers as desired.
