Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g Broccoli florets
- 2 Spring Onions
- 100 ml chicken stock
- 2 tbsp almond slivers
- 2 tbsp oil
- 200 g rice
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 Shallot
- fish sauce
- Cayenne pepper
- soy sauce
Instructions

Cook rice according to package instructions in salted water.

Wash and pat dry the chicken, then cut into strips.

Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds, and slice into strips.

Peel the shallot and cut into rings.

Sauté chicken and shallot in hot oil. Add broccoli and bell pepper, then spring onions. Stir in curry powder and deglaze with chicken stock. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes; add a little water if needed. Then add almonds, seasoning with fish sauce, cayenne pepper, and soy sauce.
