Ingredients
- 500 g salad cucumber
- 1 bundle dill
- 2 cloves garlic
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 200 g whipping cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 250 g crab tail
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 Spring Onions

Peel the cucumbers, trim the ends, cut them lengthwise in half, scoop out the seeds with a spoon and chop the flesh into pieces. Wash the dill, shake dry and strip the leaves. Peel the garlic, combine it with the dill and cucumber pieces and puree. Mix in the yogurt, cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Wash the crab meat, pat dry and quickly sauté in a little butter. Clean the spring onions, remove the roots, slice into rings and add to the crab. Taste the soup, serve on individual bowls, garnish with crab meat and spring onion rings.
