The cucumber celery smoothie from Spoonsparrow tastes good and feels good.
Ingredients
- 100 g Spinach
- 0.5 Salad Cucumber
- 2 stalks celery
- 400 g pineapple flesh
- 1 box watercress
- 1 Lime
- 1 tsp matcha tea powder
- 30 g Almonds (2 tbsp)

Clean, wash, and dry the spinach. Wash and cut the cucumber halves and celery into small pieces. Cut the pineapple flesh into small cubes. Harvest the watercress from the bed. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.

Add 400 ml water, spinach, cucumber, celery, pineapple, lime juice, matcha powder, almonds, and watercress to a blender and blend everything very finely. Pour the smoothie into four glasses.
