- 4 slices mixed bread (or white bread)
- 50 g peas (frozen)
- 1 sprig mint (to taste)
- 1 small garlic clove
- 200 g low-fat cream cheese
- 12 slices smoked duck breast fillet
- 16 mint leaves
- oil for frying
- Salt
- Pepper

Cook the peas in salted water for 8 minutes. Peel and press the garlic clove. Finely chop a bit of mint (to taste). Place the cream cheese, garlic, mint, and peas in a blender and puree until smooth; season with salt and pepper.

Toast the mixed bread in a toaster. Heat oil for frying and briefly fry the duck breast slices and mint leaves in hot oil, then drain on kitchen paper.

Spread the purée onto the toast and garnish with the fried duck slices and mint leaves.
