Ingredients
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp coriander
- 4 tbsp chopped herb mix
- zest of 1 lemon
- 400 g pike fillet (with skin)
- iodized salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 chili pepper
- red bell peppers
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 bunch chervil
- 1 leek stalk
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 slices baguette
Instructions

Chop garlic, crush coriander. Grate lemon zest and squeeze juice. Mix juice and zest with herbs and coriander.

Rinse pike fillet cold and pat dry. Cut into 4 pieces. Score skin side several times diagonally. Fill cuts with herb mix. Season fillets with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil, turning, for about 12 minutes.

Dice peppers, celery, chervil and leek. Remove fish from pan and keep warm. Sauté vegetables, ginger and chili briefly in the frying fat. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Plate everything with the fish. Serve with baguette slices.
