Ingredients
- 250 g broccoli florets
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 100 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 20 g crème fraîche (1 tbsp)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash the broccoli florets. Peel and dice the onion and garlic.

Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until translucent. Add the broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes.

Pour in the broth and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the chili pepper, remove seeds, rinse again, and finely chop.

Stir the milk into the soup, bring to a boil, then blend smoothly. Stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Serve the soup in two bowls and garnish with chili slices.
