Ingredients

  • 30 g liquid butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 50 g flour
  • 500 g rhubarb
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 200 ml red grape juice
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 3 sheets white gelatin
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 1 pack stabilizer
  • 2 tbsp apricot jam
  • fresh strawberries
  • fresh kiwi
  • fresh mango
  • 0.5 packet white glaze
  • 350 g whipping cream

Instructions

    Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar and yolks while stirring, whisking to a fluffy mixture. Fold in almonds, flour, and liquid butter.

    Place the cake pan on a sheet of parchment paper, pour the batter into the pan, smooth the top, and bake at 175°C for about 30 minutes. Let cool.
