Ingredients
- 4 tbsp couscous
- Lemon juice
- 4 veal schnitzels (about 125 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
Instructions

Place the couscous in a bowl, cover with boiling water and let it absorb. Then fluff with a fork, season lightly with lemon juice, spread on a flat plate and allow to cool slightly.

Wash the schnitzels, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, dust lightly with flour, dip through beaten egg, then coat in the couscous. Press the coating firmly onto the meat.
