Ingredients
- 200 g Long grain rice
- 3 yellow bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tsp Curry powder
- 1 small can corn kernels (drained weight: 285 g)
- 4 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- butter (for greasing the pan)
- 200 g shredded Gouda
Instructions

Prepare rice according to package instructions, then rinse with cold water and drain well.

Quarter the peppers, clean, wash, and cut into strips. Peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the chicken into 0.5 cm wide strips perpendicular to its length.

Heat clarified butter in a large pan. Brown the chicken on all sides, season with salt and pepper, then remove from the pan. Sauté the peppers and onion in the remaining fat for 2 minutes, sprinkle with curry powder, lightly salt. Add corn and chicken, mix well.
