Ingredients
- 0.5 small iceberg lettuce
- 1 small broccoli head
- 1 can mixed carrot and pea vegetables
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- 300 g smoked turkey breast fillet
- 1 bunch Basil
- 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Sea salt
- black pepper

Wash the broccoli, cut into florets, blanch in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes, shock in ice water, drain well. Briefly blanch and peel the tomatoes. Wash the lettuce, cut into bite‑sized pieces, and dry on a salad spinner.

Cut the turkey breast into bite‑sized pieces. Wash the basil, shake off excess water, and pluck leaves from stems. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. In a separate small bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients, pour over the salad, toss, season to taste, and serve on plates.
